Associations between Pre-Bariatric High-Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein and Post-Surgery Outcomes

Bariatric surgery significantly reduced high sensitivity-C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) levels and improved liver health in patients with morbid obesity. However, baseline hs-CRP did not predict weight loss or liver outcomes after surgery.
