Abstract:
Radiographic evaluation of the penis is difficult and essentially limited to invasive studies. We report cases of idiopathic and iatrogenic corpora cavernosa thromboses diagnosed by magnetic resonance imaging.

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) can diagnose penile corpora cavernosa thrombosis, a condition difficult to evaluate with traditional radiography. This non-invasive technique offers a new approach for identifying both idiopathic and iatrogenic cases.
