Narrow band imaging (NBI) did not improve detection of laryngeal penetration and aspiration during flexible endoscopic evaluation of swallowing (FEES) in patients with unilateral vocal fold paralysis. Opaque fluids under white light may be superior for dysphagia diagnosis.
