Robotic-assisted percutaneous pedicle screw (PPS) placement in thoracolumbar spine trauma significantly reduced facet joint violations (FJV) compared to fluoroscopy. Screw trajectory accuracy was similar between groups, suggesting robots improve safety in specific spinal regions.
