Summary

Cortical responsive neurostimulation (CRN) reduced generalized tonic-clonic seizures by 38% in a baboon model of genetic generalized epilepsy (GGE). Treatment also altered seizure patterns and their daily rhythms, showing promise for epilepsy therapy.
