Compression Factor and Visual Performance in Adults Treated With Orthokeratology

Orthokeratology (ortho-k) lens wear with increased compression factors did not significantly alter visual performance or higher-order aberrations compared to conventional factors in myopic adults. Long-term ortho-k lens wear improved vision satisfaction after waking.
