Summary

Cryopreserved CD34-selected hematopoietic progenitor cells (HPCs) demonstrate safe and effective outcomes in allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (allo-HCT). This study found comparable engraftment, survival, and graft-versus-host disease rates between cryopreserved and fresh HPCs.
