Summary

Monitoring epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation status in circulating free DNA (cfDNA) during non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) therapy shows predictive value. Changes in cfDNA EGFR mutation status can guide clinical management and predict patient outcomes.
