Patricia Nedved is associate vice president and chief transformation officer in the Ambulatory Transformation Office; Tyler Weiss is a respiratory care practitioner and Ankeet D. A multidisciplinary team at Rush University Medical Center improved safe and efficient manual prone positioning for COVID-19 patients with respiratory failure. Their experiences highlight the benefits of teamwork in critical care settings.
