Serum IGFBP-2 in systemic sclerosis as a prognostic factor of lung dysfunction

Insulin-like growth factor-binding protein 2 (IGFBP-2) may predict interstitial lung disease (ILD) progression in Systemic Sclerosis (SSc). Elevated IGFBP-2 levels indicate a higher risk of pulmonary function decline in SSc-ILD patients.
