Serum B cell activating factor (BAFF) and sarcoidosis activity

Serum B-cell activating factor (BAFF) levels are elevated in sarcoidosis patients compared to healthy individuals. However, BAFF concentrations did not significantly correlate with disease severity or differentiate between acute and chronic sarcoidosis types.
