Summary
A supernumerary testicle, a rare congenital anomaly, was diagnosed in a young man presenting with scrotal swelling. Imaging and subsequent surgery confirmed the presence of an extra testicle with benign epididymal changes.

A tough, fibrous membrane, the tunica albuginea, covers the testes, extending inward to form fibrous partitions or septa, dividing them into internal compartments called lobules.
