Summary

Reduced doses of verteporfin photodynamic therapy (PDT) impact choroidal blood flow in chronic central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC). Half-dose PDT showed a more sustained effect on macular blood flow and choroidal thickness compared to one-third dose PDT.
