Pain and functionality improved when underlying neuromuscular dysfunction addressed in chronic pelvic pain patients

Treating neuromuscular dysfunction in chronic pelvic pain (CPP) patients with pelvic floor injections significantly reduced pain scores. This approach also showed promise in improving overall pelvic functionality, particularly for intercourse, sleeping, and working.
