This study reports two giant pleural lipomas in a 49-year-old man, one with an hourglass configuration. Surgical excision is recommended for these rare, benign tumors due to their growth potential.

  • One lipoma exhibited an hourglass configuration due to intercostal space infiltration.

Findings:

  • The presence of multiple giant pleural lipomas is exceptionally rare.
  • The hourglass configuration highlights the infiltrative potential of these benign neoplasms.
