Educational leadership in education development centers: A qualitative study

This study identified key personality and job characteristics for effective educational leadership in Education Development Centers (EDCs). These findings aim to enhance leadership skills and improve medical education quality.

- The identified characteristics can enhance self-awareness for educational leaders in EDCs.
- Improving personality and job skills of leaders will contribute to the qualitative development of educational leadership.
- Findings support targeted professional development for leaders in medical education settings.
