  • This diagnosis is highly unusual, as CBs typically resolve much earlier.

  • The chorionic bump persisted into the third trimester.
  • This represents the first reported instance of a CB diagnosed this late in gestation.

  • This case challenges the typical understanding of CB natural history.
  • Further investigation may be needed to understand late-term CB development and associated risks.
