Aspiration pneumonia: A renewed perspective and practical approach

Aspiration pneumonia (AP), a type of community-acquired pneumonia (CAP), is often underdiagnosed. This study proposes a new definition for AP, including silent aspirations, to improve diagnosis and prevention strategies.
