Summary
A nasopharyngeal polyp can surprisingly support a palate weakened by submucous cleft palate (SMCP). Simultaneous polyp removal and pharyngeal flap surgery effectively treated the condition without worsening speech nasality.

- Simultaneous surgical intervention for the polyp and SMCP is a viable and effective treatment strategy, preserving speech quality and improving nasal airflow.
