Renal Papillary Necrosis Associated With Normocalcemic Primary Hyperparathyroidism

Renal papillary necrosis (RPN) is reported in a patient with normocalcemic primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT). This case highlights a potential association between RPN, hypercalciuria, and PHPT, warranting further investigation.
