Summary

Transbronchial biopsy (TBB) without fluoroscopic guidance is safe and effective. This study found comparable complication rates and diagnostic yields for conditions like sarcoidosis and diffuse neoplasm, suggesting fluoroscopy may not be necessary.

Background:
