NDRG1 regulates osteosarcoma cells via mediating the mitochondrial function and CSCs differentiation

Silencing N-myc downstream-regulated gene 1 (NDRG1) in osteosarcoma (OS) reduces cancer stem cell (CSC) viability and metastasis. This downregulation impairs mitochondrial function and promotes CSC differentiation, thus alleviating OS progression.
