Summary

Single-stranded RNA (ssRNA) acts as an effective adjuvant, boosting immune responses to inactivated influenza vaccines (IIV) in aged mice. This ssRNA adjuvant therapy shows promise for improving influenza vaccine efficacy in elderly individuals.
