Interaction between Ras and Bcl2L12 in B cells suppresses IL-10 expression

Ras activation in tonsillar B cells leads to increased Bcl2L12 and decreased interleukin-10 (IL-10), compromising immune tolerance. Inhibiting Bcl2L12 restores IL-10 expression, offering a potential therapeutic target for recurrent tonsillitis.
