Medial Clavicle Fracture Fixation Including the Sternum: A Case Report.

A novel surgical technique successfully repaired a displaced medial clavicle fracture using a contralateral distal clavicle plate. This method achieved excellent outcomes, restoring full strength and motion without complications.

- At 8-month follow-up, the patient exhibited full shoulder strength and range of motion, indicating successful union and functional recovery.
Implications:
- This technique offers a viable treatment option for complex medial clavicle fractures.
- Adapting contralateral distal clavicle plates for sternal fixation presents a promising approach for managing these unique injuries.
