A Questionnaire-Based Study on Clinical REM Sleep Behavior Disorder and Subtypes in Multiple System Atrophy

Rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder (RBD) is highly prevalent in multiple system atrophy (MSA) patients, irrespective of subtype (MSA-P or MSA-C). However, RBD severity before motor symptom onset was notably higher in MSA-C patients.
