  • To identify factors influencing discrepancies in Ambulation Score (AS) and Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS) between GM® and clinical assessments in people with MS (pwMS).

  • A cross-sectional, multicenter study involving 243 pwMS.
  • Ambulatory function assessed via AS and EDSS using both GM® and routine clinical methods.
  • Multinomial logistic regression analyzed demographic and clinical factors associated with scoring discrepancies.
