Background:

Loncastuximab tesirine-lpyl (ZYNLONTA™) is an antibody-drug conjugate developed by ADC Therapeutics SA.
It targets CD19-expressing B cells using a pyrrolobenzodiazepine DNA-alkylating warhead.
The drug is approved in the US for relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).
