This case highlights an unusual presentation of herpes simplex virus-2 (HSV-2) meningitis mimicking idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH). Elevated intracranial pressure and papilledema were observed, with HSV-2 confirmed via PCR in cerebrospinal fluid.
