Summary

Accelerated wave-controlled aliasing in parallel imaging (wave-CAIPI) MPRAGE is a reliable method for diagnosing pediatric intracranial lesions. This faster MRI technique matches conventional MPRAGE in diagnostic accuracy, despite slightly lower image quality.
