Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS), a serious complication of fertility treatments, can rarely lead to ischemic stroke in young women. Emergency physicians should suspect stroke in OHSS patients with neurological symptoms to ensure prompt diagnosis and treatment.
