Central nervous system relapse in diffuse large B lymphoma: a retrospective cohort study

Central nervous system (CNS) relapse in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is serious. This study found a CNS relapse incidence of 4.59% in Latin America, similar to international rates, with most relapses occurring within one year.

- Further collaborative research is recommended to better elucidate risk factors for CNS relapse in DLBCL.
