  • To evaluate the prevalence and effects of RLS/WED in patients with MS.
  • To explore the relationship between RLS/WED severity and MS-related disability, mood, and fatigue.

  • A cohort of 102 MS patients were assessed for RLS/WED using the IRLSSG criteria.
  • Clinical data, including EDSS, depression, anxiety, and fatigue scores, were collected.
  • RLS/WED severity was quantified using the IRLSSG 2003 severity scale.

  • RLS/WED was diagnosed in 30.4% of MS patients.
