Synthetic magnetic resonance imaging (SyMRI) reliably detects subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) complications like ischemia and hydrocephalus, similar to conventional MRI. SyMRI also offers a significantly shorter acquisition time, improving efficiency in SAH patient care.
