Depth perception is the ability to perceive objects three-dimensionally. It relies on two types of cues: binocular and monocular. Summary

Eye vergence (eye rotation) does not influence perceived object size. This study found no evidence that changes in vergence affect size constancy, suggesting size perception is more cognitive than previously believed.
