Summary

This study shows mini-implants can noninvasively correct gummy smiles and deep bites in relapsed patients. Maxillary intrusion with mini-implants improved smile aesthetics and bite alignment without surgery.

Improved smile esthetics were noted post-treatment.

Implications:

Mini-implants offer a viable non-surgical solution for gummy smile.
This approach enhances smile aesthetics and functional occlusion.
Minimally invasive techniques are effective in managing complex orthodontic relapses.
