Tigecycline-Induced Tooth Discoloration in Children Younger than Eight Years

Tigecycline, a tetracycline derivative, may cause tooth discoloration in children under 8. Two of 12 pediatric patients showed yellow discoloration, but more research is needed to confirm this adverse event.
