Oculosympathetic paresis caused by foreign body perforation of pharyngeal wall

Ingestion of a foreign body rarely produces symptoms. We report a patient who presented with oculosympathetic paresis. We believe this is a previously unrecorded manifestation of foreign body ingestion.
