    Findings:

    • The patient received successful non-surgical management with methotrexate.
    • No complications related to the cesarean scar pregnancy were reported two months post-treatment.

    Implications:

    • Emergency nurses must be adept at identifying risk factors and clinical presentations of cesarean scar pregnancy.
    • Prompt diagnosis and treatment are vital for reducing maternal morbidity and mortality.
