Purpose of the Study:

• Systematic search of electronic databases (ScienceDirect, Web of Science, etc.) for studies published between 2000 and 2018.
• Keywords used included: care, culture, nursing, transcultural, transcultural nursing, and Turkey.
• Inclusion criteria were applied to 150 retrieved studies, with 31 ultimately evaluated.

Main Results:

• Thirty-one studies met the inclusion criteria for the review.
• Evaluated studies explored dimensions of transcultural nursing, education, clinical applications, and adapted assessment tools for the Turkish population.
• Research focused on determining factors influencing transcultural nursing practices.

Conclusions:

• Transcultural nursing research in Turkey has increased in recent years.
• The current body of research is predominantly at a basic, descriptive level.
