[Anesthetic tactics in surgical interventions in patients with cardiovascular diseases]
Abstract:
Results of 408 cases of anesthesia in patients with IHD, arterial hypertension, disturbances of heart rate and conduction are analysed. Medical treatment up to the day of operation, use of anesthetics which have moderate depressive effect on the myocardial contractility and work, administration of vasodilators and beta-blockers made it possible to avoid severe disturbances of hemodynamics during the perioperative period. Perioperative myocardial infarction was observed in 5% cases of myocardial revascularization and in 0.3% of all the other operations.
