The "Worktivity" mHealth intervention to reduce sedentary behaviour in the workplace: a feasibility cluster

This study explored the feasibility of the Worktivity mobile app to reduce sedentary behavior in office workers. While participant retention was high, app engagement and technical aspects require improvement before wider mHealth intervention trials.
