Abstract:
Pericardial metastasis usually shows focal pericardial FDG activity. Diffuse linear pattern of pericardial FDG activity is uncommon. We present a case of pericardial metastasis from squamous cell lung carcinoma showing diffuse linear pericardial FDG activity mimicking tuberculous pericarditis.
