This study identified GABPB1-AS1 as a significantly upregulated long non-coding RNA in primary Sjögren's syndrome (pSS) patients. Its elevated levels correlate with B cell percentage and IgG, suggesting a role in pSS pathogenesis and potential as a biomarker.
