Lessons Learned from Post-COVID-19 Vaccination PET/CT Studies.

COVID-19 vaccination commonly causes temporary axillary lymphadenopathy and increased PET/CT uptake. The "double sign" (DS) of arm and lymph node uptake is highly specific for post-vaccination changes, preventing misdiagnosis.
