CD38 expression is an important prognostic marker in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma

High CD38 expression in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) indicates a poor prognosis. Patients with CD38-high DLBCL had significantly worse progression-free and overall survival compared to those with CD38-low DLBCL.
