Radiological diagnostics in nasal dermoids: Pitfalls, predictive values and literature analysis

This study evaluated radiological diagnostic accuracy for pediatric nasal dermoids, finding MRI superior to CT, especially in younger children. Combining CT and MRI is recommended for accurate diagnosis in children under five.
