[Injuries of major bile ducts during cholecystectomy]

Based upon their analysis of literature and 22 personal observations of injuries of main bile ducts during cholecystectomy the authors describe causes of these injuries and propose means for their prevention. Nearest and long-term results of treatment of such patients were studied.
