Web technologies now enable flexible, modular, secure, and robust data sharing mechanisms.
The Large Volume Plasma Device (LVPD) requires advanced data handling for complex plasma research.

Purpose of the Study:

To implement a Web Information System (WIS) for the Large Volume Plasma Device (LVPD).
To facilitate experimental configuration, information logging, and preliminary data analysis.
To showcase the application of modern web technologies in scientific experimental domains.

Main Methods:

Developed a three-tier architecture: application, data, and presentation layers.
Utilized Angular 2 framework for the progressive web application presentation layer.
Employed NodeJS for the application layer and PostgreSQL for the data layer.

Main Results:

Successfully implemented a WIS for LVPD, enabling integrated application development.
Demonstrated the system's capability with actual plasma discharge data.
Showcased the applicability of the latest web technologies in scientific research.

Conclusions:

The implemented WIS provides a flexible, modular, secure, and robust platform for experimental data.
