Ameloblastic carcinoma (AC) is a rare malignant epithelial neoplasm.
It arises in association with ameloblastoma or shares similar histological features.
AC is characterized by aggressive local invasion and potential for metastasis.

Observation:

Ameloblastomas can exhibit cytological atypia, mimicking malignancy.
Distinguishing AC from ameloblastoma requires careful correlation of clinical, radiological, and histopathological data.
A 52-year-old male patient was diagnosed with AC.

Findings:

Histopathological and immunohistochemical analyses confirmed the diagnosis of ameloblastic carcinoma.
The findings underscore the importance of comprehensive diagnostic evaluation for aggressive odontogenic tumors.
